• All Rates
          o are in Thai Baht including VAT 7%
          o Not include Key deposit 1,000 THB per room, refund upon departure
          o limit for 2 Guests per room
• 1 USD is approximately 30 THB (Current Exchange Rate)
• After Booking, form has been received by AVANA Hotel, we will confirm your booking through your email immediately.
• Please provide us optional contact detail such as Mobile Phone, Office Phone, Home Phone or additional eMail address. In case of our reply email cannot reach your mailbox.
• Extra bed will be charged at 500 THB/Night
• Children refer to any individuals age under 12 years old.

Payment
• Payment must be paid upon arrival
• Accept Cash or Credit Card (Only VISA, MASTER, JCB)
• In case of using Credit Card, please inform Credit Card No. during Booking Process in order to confirm your booking
• In case of Transfer Money to Bank Account, Please transfer your balance a few days prior check-in date so we have time to confirm your booking in advance. We request you FAX the pay-in Slip to our Accounting Department
